Officer Recruitment
The 2026 Officer Entry Programme provides an opportunity for eligible citizens to pursue commissioned service within the National Defence Service.
Applications submitted after the published closing time will not normally be considered for the 2026 intake. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that submitted information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.

Prepare identification, academic certificates and other supporting information before beginning the application.

Complete the application through the authorised recruitment channel and retain the application reference issued after submission.
Administrative verification
Submitted information and supporting documentation are reviewed for completeness and eligibility.
Assessment and screening
Eligible applicants may be scheduled for applicable examinations, interviews, physical assessment and other screening activities.
Medical assessment
Candidates progressing through the selection process may be required to attend an authorised medical assessment.
Final selection
Candidates who successfully complete the required stages are considered for final selection against available positions.
Appointment and training
Selected candidates receive formal appointment instructions and information concerning the commencement of initial officer training.
